Qigong
Qi (pronounced chee) means lifeforce or vital energy. Gong means work or skill. Qigong is a wonderfully healing and wellness supporting practice that utilizes movement, breath, and static postures to work with the vital energy within you. Through the practice of Qigong we learn to feel, direct, and balance our own life force to support a healthy body, calm mind, and radiant spirit.

Qigong is a simple and direct path to learning internal skills (called nei gong) which can be applied for improving physical health, meditative ability, and martial skill. It empowers us to take charge of our own energetic state, gives us tools to improve our health, and helps us to become more grounded, balanced people.
